Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of itsmygo.uk and the websites, applications and APIs hosted on its subdomains (the "Services"), operated by itsmygo ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Services
The Services are software projects built and run by an independent developer. Some are public and free to use; others are invite-only tools that we operate for ourselves and a small group of people we have explicitly allowed. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any Service at any time. The Services are provided as personal projects, without any service-level guarantee.
2. Accounts and access
- Some Services require you to sign in with a Google Account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.
- Invite-only Services are limited to accounts on an allow-list. Access may be withdrawn at any time.
- API keys issued for the AI Relay API are personal to the holder and must not be shared or published.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Service, account, server or network, or to probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our permission;
- interfere with the operation of the Services, including by overloading them or bypassing rate limits and access controls;
- upload content that you do not have the right to share, or that contains malware;
- use the Services to generate content that is abusive, harassing, deceptive or that violates others' rights.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Services. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the feature you requested. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit it.
5. AI-generated output
Several Services use machine-learning models to produce text, audio, images or predictions. Such output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You must review it before relying on it, and you are responsible for how you use it. Educational content and forecasts are provided for learning and demonstration purposes and are not professional advice.
6. Our content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Services and their original content, design and code are owned by itsmygo or used under licence. Projects published under an open-source licence are governed by that licence. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Services except as permitted by law or by an applicable open-source licence.
7. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers such as Cloudflare, Google and Supabase, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, itsmygo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the twelve months before the claim, which for free Services is zero.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue a Service. Sections 4 to 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

本條款規範您對 itsmygo.uk 及其子網域上之網站、應用程式與 API（合稱「本服務」）的使用，本服務由 itsmygo（「我們」）營運。使用本服務即表示您同意本條款及我們的隱私權政策。
1. 本服務
本服務是由一位獨立開發者建置與營運的軟體專案。部分服務公開且免費；其他則是我們自用、並僅開放給少數明確允許之人員的邀請制工具。我們可隨時新增、變更、暫停或終止任何服務。本服務以個人專案形式提供，不附任何服務水準保證。
2. 帳戶與存取
- 部分服務需要以 Google 帳戶登入。您有責任維護帳戶安全，並對透過帳戶進行的一切行為負責。
- 邀請制服務僅限白名單帳戶使用，存取權可隨時撤銷。
- AI Relay API 核發的 API 金鑰屬持有人個人所有，不得分享或公開。
3. 可接受的使用
您同意不會：
- 將本服務用於任何違法、有害、詐欺或侵權的用途；
- 未經授權存取任何服務、帳戶、伺服器或網路，或未經許可探測、掃描或測試其弱點；
- 干擾本服務的運作，包括使其超載或規避速率限制與存取控制；
- 上傳您無權分享或含有惡意軟體的內容；
- 利用本服務產生辱罵、騷擾、欺騙或侵害他人權利的內容。
4. 您的內容
您保有提交至本服務之內容的所有權。您授予我們為提供您所要求之功能而儲存、處理與顯示該內容所需的有限授權。您對自己的內容負責，並確認擁有提交該內容所需的權利。
5. AI 產生的輸出
多項服務使用機器學習模型產生文字、音訊、圖片或預測。這類輸出可能不準確、不完整或不適當。您在依賴前必須自行檢視，並對其使用方式負責。教學內容與預測僅供學習與展示之用，不構成專業建議。
6. 我們的內容與智慧財產權
除另有說明外，本服務及其原創內容、設計與程式碼由 itsmygo 擁有或依授權使用。以開源授權發布的專案受該授權規範。除法律或適用之開源授權允許外，您不得複製、轉售或再散布本服務。
7. 第三方服務
本服務仰賴 Cloudflare、Google、Supabase 等第三方供應商，並可能連結至第三方網站。我們對第三方服務或內容不負責任。您使用 Google 登入時亦受 Google 的條款與隱私權政策規範。
8. 免責聲明
本服務依「現狀」及「可用性」提供，不附任何明示或默示的保證，包括適售性、特定用途適用性、準確性或不侵權的保證。我們不保證本服務不中斷、無錯誤或安全。
9. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，itsmygo 對於因您使用或無法使用本服務所生的任何間接、附帶、特殊、衍生或懲罰性損害，或任何資料、利潤或商譽的損失，均不負責。我們對任何與本服務相關之請求的總責任，以您在該請求前十二個月內就該服務支付給我們的金額為限；免費服務即為零。
10. 終止
您可隨時停止使用本服務，並可依隱私權政策所述要求刪除帳戶。若您違反本條款或我們終止某項服務，我們可暫停或終止您的存取權。第 4 至 11 節於終止後仍然有效。
11. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，不適用法律衝突規則。爭議由台灣法院管轄，但您所在國家的強制性消費者保護法另有規定者不在此限。
12. 本條款的變更
我們可能不時更新本條款。頁首的生效日期即為現行版本。變更後繼續使用本服務即表示您接受更新後的條款。
