itsmygo
An independent software lab in Taiwan. itsmygo.uk is the home of the projects we build and run ourselves: interactive AI courses, security-awareness games, data dashboards, writing and video tools, and the self-hosted APIs behind them.
Every service published under *.itsmygo.uk is designed, hosted and maintained by itsmygo. This page describes what those services do, how some of them use your Google Account, and where to find our privacy policy and terms.
itsmygo Uploader — our YouTube upload tool
itsmygo Uploader is a command-line tool that runs only on our own computer. It uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) to upload the teaching videos we produce to our own YouTube channel: youtube.com/channel/UCxwORIgu1LL5uGqQWmxmdLA. It is not a hosted service and has no users other than the operator.
What it accesses
After authorisation through Google OAuth 2.0, the tool accesses only the following YouTube data of the authorised account:
- Basic channel information (channel ID and name), used to confirm the upload target.
- Video upload, and creating and reading video metadata: title, description, tags, thumbnail and privacy status.
How it handles data
- The OAuth token is stored only as a file on the computer running the tool, for re-authorisation. It is never uploaded to any server.
- It does not collect, store or analyse any other user's YouTube data, and does not store watch history, comments or subscriptions.
- It does not share, sell or transfer any YouTube data to third parties.
- It does not serve ads and does not use YouTube data for advertising or marketing.
By using itsmygo Uploader you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke the tool's access to your Google Account at any time from the Google security settings page. Deleting the local token file (video/token.json) then removes all authorisation data the tool holds. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Public services can be used by anyone without an account. Invite-only services are private tools we operate for ourselves and a small allow-list of people.

Hands-on lessons on machine learning, large language models and AI agents. Each lesson pairs an explanation with a live notebook that runs entirely inside your browser. No account or sign-in needed.
CyberDeskPublic
A security and generative-AI awareness training game. It simulates a Windows desktop and tests good judgement across 15 workplace scenarios.
YouBike Dispatch ConsolePublic
A forecasting and rebalancing dashboard for the YouBike 2.0 bike-share system in New Taipei City, built on months of station-level data.
cblogInvite-only
An AI-assisted blog authoring workspace. Uses Sign in with Google to identify you; access is limited to an allow-list of invited accounts.
Video StudioInvite-only
Turns scripts and articles into narrated web presentations and videos, using our self-hosted speech and language models.
AI Relay APIAPI key
An OpenAI-compatible gateway to the models we host ourselves (chat, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, OCR and embeddings), used by our own applications.
How our services use your Google Account
Some itsmygo services offer Sign in with Google. When you sign in, Google shares your basic profile with us: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We use this information only to identify you, to check whether you are on the allow-list for that service, and to show your name inside it.
Where a service integrates with another Google API (for example Google Drive, Gmail or Google Calendar), it asks for that access separately on Google's consent screen and uses the data only to provide the feature you asked for.
Our itsmygo Uploader tool uses the YouTube Data API only on our own channel, as described above.
Our commitments
- We never sell Google user data and never use it for advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- itsmygo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or ask us to delete your data.

itsmygo Uploader——我們的 YouTube 上傳工具
itsmygo Uploader 是一個僅在本人電腦上執行的命令列工具，透過 YouTube API 服務（YouTube Data API v3）將本人製作的教學影片上傳至本人所擁有的 YouTube 頻道：youtube.com/channel/UCxwORIgu1LL5uGqQWmxmdLA。它不是對外提供的線上服務，除經營者本人外沒有其他使用者。
存取的資料
透過 Google OAuth 2.0 取得授權後，本工具只會存取授權帳戶的下列 YouTube 資料：
- 頻道基本資訊（頻道 ID、名稱），用於確認上傳目標。
- 影片上傳，以及影片中繼資料（標題、說明、標籤、縮圖、隱私設定）的建立與讀取。
資料的處理方式
- OAuth 授權憑證（token）僅以檔案形式儲存在執行本工具的本機電腦上，用於重新授權，不會上傳到任何伺服器。
- 不收集、不儲存、不分析任何其他使用者的 YouTube 資料，也不儲存觀看紀錄、留言或訂閱資訊。
- 不會將任何 YouTube 資料分享、出售或傳輸給第三方。
- 不投放廣告，不使用 YouTube 資料進行廣告或行銷。
使用 itsmygo Uploader 即表示您同意受 YouTube 服務條款的約束，並同意 Google 隱私權政策。
您可以隨時透過 Google 安全性設定頁面撤銷本工具對您 Google 帳戶的存取權；撤銷後刪除本機的 token 檔案（video/token.json），即可完全移除本工具持有的所有授權資料。完整說明見隱私權政策。

我們的服務如何使用您的 Google 帳戶
部分 itsmygo 服務提供 Google 登入。登入時 Google 會把您的基本個人資料提供給我們：姓名、電子郵件地址、大頭貼與 Google 帳戶 ID。我們只用這些資訊辨識您的身分、確認您是否在該服務的白名單內，以及在服務中顯示您的名稱。
若某項服務整合了其他 Google API（例如 Google 雲端硬碟、Gmail 或 Google 日曆），它會在 Google 的同意畫面上另行請求該權限，且僅將資料用於提供您所要求的功能。
我們的 itsmygo Uploader 工具只在本人的頻道上使用 YouTube Data API，如上所述。
我們的承諾
- 絕不出售 Google 使用者資料，也絕不用於廣告。
- 不會使用 Google 使用者資料來開發、改進或訓練通用型 AI 或機器學習模型。
- itsmygo 對於從 Google API 取得之資訊的使用及轉移至任何其他應用程式，均遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括「有限使用」（Limited Use）要求。
